Po Eun

Po-Eun has 36 movements and 18 moves. The ready stance is Parallel Ready stance with Heaven Hand, Narani Hanalson Junbi Sogi. It is the first pattern where every movement is performed with both the right and the left sides.

Parallel Stance with Heaven Hand

(move the left foot towards B, forming a right stance)
