Meaning of Blue
Blue Signifies the Heaven, towards which the plant matures into a towering tree as training in Taekwon-Do progresses.

It is important to note that by this stage the student should have already begun to conduct his own studies and research in relation to Taekwon-Do. He should also be developing his own combinations and sequences for use during all types of sparring. Although purchase of the Taekwon-Do manual at this point may be premature the student should certainly ensure that he has access to it. Much can be learned simply by browsing through it. You will also find many techniques that are improperly practiced such as Front Rising Kick and Hooking Kick which should only be performed low or middle but are often practiced high for muscle development.
