Choong Moo

Choong-Moo has 30 movements and 26 moves. The ready position is: Parallel Ready Stance, Narani Junbi Sogi. It is the first pattern to incorporate a flying technique and a stationary jump turn. 1. L-Stance Twin Knifehand Block

(move the left foot towards B)

(move the right foot towards B)
