Pre-Arranged Sparring

We have put together a number of short set sequences that all students should learn. These are to give you an idea of what is expected for this type of sparring. The idea behind having multiple sets is to allow the students to choose their own sequences e.g. 1,4,3 and generate a different demonstration from the same core set. The sets that we have will have a particular emphasis such as flying techniques, ground techniques, blocking with feet only, soft blocking and so on. Feel free to make your own and if you want to give us a copy please use the email address below.
